I'd like to make an EA (or something else appropriate) that alert me when there are certain condition, based on indicators.
I have a budget from 30 to 50 USD.
The logic is this. (if you don't understand something please let me know)

Indicators (variables):
- (PVA) Sonicr PVA volume
- (PVAMA) Linear weight MA 100 (aplied to PVA indicator)
- (DTOSC) DTOSC indicator (14,8,5,3) (overbought 85, oversell 15)
- (SMA200) SMA 200
bullish alert:
- if((PVA=green)+(PVA volume>PVAMA)+(DTOSC was below 15 level in the previous 4 bar)+(DTOSC up direction)+(DTOSC below 30)+(price above SMA200))
bearish alert:
- if((PVA=red)+(PVA volume>PVAMA)+(DTOSC was above 85 level in the previous 4 bar)+(DTOSC down direction)+(DTOSC above 70)+(price below SMA200))
EA Parameter:
- DTOSC overbought level (default 85)
- DTOSC oversell level (default 15)
- DTOSC below e above level (default 30 - 70)
- DTOSC parameter (default 14,8,5,3)
- MA periods (default 200)
- MA type (default simple)
- PVAMA periods (default 100)
- PVAMA type (default linear weight)
Alert notification:
- popup notification
- push notification
- email notification
