Hello programmers

I'm looking for an EA that will make entries and exits on an offline chart solely from the attached indicator.

When the indicator changes color of the bar I want the EA to open a trade in the direction of the indicator on the next bar.

When a trade is open I want the EA close it as soon as a bar closes with the opposite color. 

Other options I want to be able to customize:

Stoploss, in pips.

An option to open X amount of microlots per $1000 of equity. So if X=2 it'll open trades with a lotsize of 0.06 with an account of $3000.

 

The offline chart will be a basket chart with 5 to 7 currency pairs.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
