An Expert advisor based on moving averages and candlestick pattern needed

The idea of the trading system is as follows: 

• Market entries are performed when the 2 moving averages intersect, the candlestick touches or breaks through the opposite moving average line of the moving average that just crossed but the overall trend has remained the same. 

• The trend is determined by the MACD based on the settings 34 for fast EMA 144 for slow EMA and 9 for MACD SMA. When the MACD is an above the zero and the signal (red) line is below the yellow histogram ticks the trend should continue moving up. Alternatively, when the MACD is below zero and the signal (red) line is above the yellow histogram ticks the trend is considered to continue moving down.  

1. Buy signal: the Moving Average (50) has crossed the moving average (200) & the candlestick has either touched or moved below the moving average 200 line. Only if the above criteria is met, the final part of the signal is once the MACD (34, 144, 9) signal (red) line is below the (yellow) histogram or if it has been below the (yellow) histogram for at least one of the last 4 histogram ticks while the histogram remains over zero which shows continuance of the up trend. 1. Sell signal: the Moving Average (200) has crossed the moving average (50) & the candlestick has either touched or moved Above the moving average 200 line. Only if the above criteria is met, the final part to solidify the signal is once the MACD (34, 144, 9) signal (red) line is above the (yellow) histogram or if it has been above the (yellow) histogram for at least one of the last 4 histogram ticks while the histogram remains under zero which shows the continuance of a down trend. Reference the picture below.
