Un trader assistant commande simple

Hello , i would like to create a robot or assistant that can only be modified once a day : 

- a daily limit of -9%  to the accounts.

-fixed lot size.

- a specific number of positions per day.

-when an order is executed , it's automatically set a fixed stop loss and take profit.

Once the numbre of positions taken or the daily loss percentage is reached . i can no longer execute an order that day.
