We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to undertake the task of converting an Expert Advisor (EA) code from MetaTrader 4 (MT4) to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless transition and functionality of the trading algorithm on the MT5 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and understand the existing EA code written for MT4 platform.
  2. Modify and adapt the codebase to comply with the syntax, features, and requirements of MT5 platform.
  3. Ensure the converted EA functions correctly and efficiently on the MT5 platform, maintaining or enhancing its performance.
  4. Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and reliability of the converted EA on MT5.
  5. Provide documentation and support to assist users in understanding and utilizing the converted EA on the MT5 platform.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the conversion process and ensure timely delivery of the project.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in developing Expert Advisors, such as MQL4 and MQL5.
  2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms, including their differences and compatibility issues.
  3. Proven experience in converting EA code from MT4 to MT5 platform, with a track record of successful projects.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot code efficiently.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders.
  6. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within specified timeline
