Simple EA on Parabolic SAR

I need an ea on the parabolic sar indicator, a standard indicator in mt4.

About the indicator: It plotts dots above or below the candles; signal is long, if the dots switch under the price and short if the dots switch above the price. I want the EA to check every new bar for a signal. The switching of the dots´position is the signal to enter a trade , not the fact that they are above/below the price.

The stoploss should be defined by the dots above/below the prices; The dots are converging to the price so th EA should trail the SL accordingly.

I need a Takeprofit; it should be a multiple of the SL. (If the SL is 50pips, and TP-Multiple is set to 3 TP is 150pips and so on...)

I need a filter; if set to "true" I want the EA to ignore the next signal after a losing trade; because I´d like to skip a trade after a loss.
