Need an EA that follows the excel logic provided. Attached is an example. The final logic will be shared with the right coder.
Entry criteria is based on simple indicators.
Step 1) Code the logic. → When I've checked the logic is working correctly budget will be raised to 200USD.
Step 2) Add entry criteria. → When I've checked EA is following the entry criteria provided as per rules budget will be raised to 250USD.
Step 3) Customer will run full deep backtest. → If everything is working as per rules budget will be raised to final 300USD, coder will provide source code and project will be closed.
It's basically budget increase based on goals achievement.
This is because of previous bad experiences had with coders without the required skills.
More examples/indicators/specifications will be provided later.

I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells

I installed the E.A. into the Experts folder in MT4. When I double click on it nothing happens. When I right click and "attach to chart" nothing happens. The E.A. is not grayed out, it simply will not attach. Any help would be greatly Appreciated
