Hello Coders,

I would like to have a straight forward indcator coded that is based purely on Outside Bars and Inside Bars. The indicator needs to create Bullish or Bearish alerts when 2 or more consecutive Inside Bars form. 

Alerts: sound, popup window with message, paint arrows on chart above/below the signal bar(s), write letters above price bars, push notification to the Metatrader ID.

Time filters so the indicator operates within certain hours within a 24 hour period.

Should paint arrows and letters on historical signal bars.

Specifics of the logic will be provided to the selected coder.
