Add news filter and time filter & spread ceiling

Specification

I have 2 EAs that need to add (1) newsfilter (source:FFcal), (2) time filter (start-end, weekday, hours, minutes) and (3) spread filter

Need the following functions; 

1. News filter 

  • Parameters: 
    •     Pair selection: news relevant to the selected currency pair are considered
    •     Impact selection: news with selected impact (High, Medium, Low) are considered
    •     Minutes Before News  
    •     Minutes after News
    •     Close only profitable position
    •     Close all positions 
  • Functions:   
    • Close existing position (all OR profitable only OR None)
    • Cancel pending orders for new position (so that new positions will not be opened, but need to execute SL) 
    • Avoid placing new orders 

2. Time filter 

  • Parameters: no-trading period
    • Time zone selection (local time)
    • Sun: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
    • Mon: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
    • Tue: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
    • Wed: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
    • Thur: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
    • Fri: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
    • Sat: start-end (hour, minutes) & close all option
  • Fore EA"Answer" replace existing "Trade in Fri" filter

 3. Spread filter

  • Parameter
    • spread filter: on/off
    • max spread
  • Function
    • If spread is wider than max spread, no trade
