Time EA

I need an EA that can put order at specific times. let say it will open at a "time" 9:21 am, i want it to put order buy/sell if at 1minuten timeframe/5/15/30/1hour 3 candles before or actual candle, if down it will put buy, if 3 candle before is up, it will put sell.  it will close in profit at step (example 7-point step down or up after the profit), after it close in profit example 100 point (my broker use 100= 10 point) it will open new order following the trend it already opens until the Next "time". if the trade close in loss (example: 10 point) it will be no trade at the "times" anymore. the Ea will be waiting for next "times", if profit still running, i will close all trade at 1 minute before the other "time."
