Pivot Moving Average Indicator

On MT4 candlestick chart.

Existing, Pivot = (H + L + C)/3 of a proceeding period, candlestick.

My Moving Average (MMA) Indicator required as follows:

MMA = (Pivot)/1.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot)/2.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/3. Default.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/4.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/5.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/6.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/7.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/8.

MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/9.

Works on all timeframes, M5, M15, M30, 1H, Daily, Weekly, Monthly.

Plots the result as a continuous line, on the chart to the right of the preceding period.

Two MMA indicators can be used simultaneously on the same chart at different values, example:

MMA = (Pivot)/1 and MMA = (Pivot + Pivot + Pivot)/3.

One MMA indicator can be used on its own. 

Default timeframe, M15

Default preceding period, three.

Preceding period option, Pivot, one to nine.

Line colour option.

Line type option.
