Need SELL alert when RSI returns below 70 when condition 1 and 2 meet
condition 1: macd should be recently up with maximum 10 pips. (distance btw MACD up and RSI 70 down).
condition 1: ma cross should be recently up with maximum 10 pips. (distance btw MA up and RSI 70 down).

Need BUY alert when RSI returns above 30 when condition 1 and 2 meet
condition 1: macd should be recently down with maximum 10 pips. (distance btw MACD down and RSI 30 up)
condition 1: ma cross should be recently down with maximum 10 pips. (distance btw MA down and RSI 30 up).
