Specification

Hi, I would like an EA for the following system.

This system trades on the one hour chart, around the US session, NY Session and London Session.

A specific bar is used to determine the trend direction for each session.
If there is a close above this bar, by 1 pip, open a buy trade 4pips from high with a 15pip stop and 20 pip Limit.
If there is a close below this bar, by 1 pip, open a sell trade 4pips from low with a 15pip stop and 20pip Limit.

Setups must occur within 4 hours after the close of this bar. After this 4 hour window closes, we stop searching for setups for that session.

A  signal arrow should be displayed on the chart wherever setups occur. 

EA should not open any trades before Monday 1am EST and after  Friday 1am EST.

***I would also like a dashboard showing each pair that has a signal and a trade direction arrow next to it (for example, red down arrow, green up arrow)
