hey there ,, i want to change the entry logic of my ea ..
the current logic is as following : histogram is blue and a blue arrow appear on new candle, the ea opens a buy once the candel is closed. viceversa for sell
new logic needed : histogram is blue , arrow appear on the current still opend candle, if the price is still where the candle opend than open a trade, if the price was already away from candle open when the arrow got printed than set pending order on the arrow candle open, if the arrow candle closes without triggring the pending order than delete the pending order and wait for new signal.
NOTE : THE ARROW APPEARS ON NEW CANDLE OPEN OR AFTER A NEW CANDLE MOVES A BIT . I WANT THE EA TO BE ABLE TO COPE WITH THIS AND CONSIDER IT.
2.WE ONLY TAKE VALID SIGNALS IF THE PREVIOUS CANDLE (BEFORE THE ARROW CANDLE) IF THE PREVIOUS CANDLE CLOSED WITH MATCHING HISTOGRAM SIGNAL OF THE CURRENT ARROW CANDLE

I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells

I installed the E.A. into the Experts folder in MT4. When I double click on it nothing happens. When I right click and "attach to chart" nothing happens. The E.A. is not grayed out, it simply will not attach. Any help would be greatly Appreciated
