Need a MT4 Expert Advisor based on the Supertrend indicator

The expert advisor will enter trades based on buy/sell signals received from the Supertrend indicator. Trade entry criteria will be based on entry candle size, entry candle position related to a moving average, and ATR value.

User settings will include:

(1) ability for the user to specify trade entry criteria, including choosing the moving average, max candle size, and max ATR.

(2) ability to choose trade size based on % of account, or by lot size,

(3) ability to define range of hours when trades can be entered & a time when any/all open trades should be closed,

(4) ability to define stoploss in pips or as a multiple of current ATR,

(5) ability to enable a "move stoploss to breakeven" function,

(6) ability to choose a trailing stop as a means of take profit or set a fixed take profit,

(7) ability to enable a "retry trade" feature that will create a new trade in the same direction under specific conditions,

(8) ability to halt trading for the day after a specified number of consecutive losses,

(9) and finally, the ability to enable a fail-safe stoploss in case of a stoploss skip
