Please see the attached pdf pages 1 to 5: it contains the description of an indicator called "congestion count".
It's a counter that goes up during a congestion, with congestion defined as the overlapping range of 2 bars: high previous bar > low current bar or low previous bar > high current bar. The result is that during a congestion the value of this indicator will go up by 1, bar per bar.
To avoid that a large-range bar suddenly spikes the value of the indicator (because it overlaps so many of the previous bars), I would like you to make a second version: call it the "group" version of the indicator, where the requirement is that preceding bars must overlap each other (as well as the current one) in order to be included in the count.
