Create a DLL that allows my MT4 EA to read bid/ask from a FIX API account (provided to you)

Hi,

I am in need of a program that reads bid/ask prices from a FIX API (4.3) account that I do have with a broker (and will be provided to you for testing) and which does let me read those prices from within a MT4 EA in realtime (via a DLL). So your job would be to code the application which reads the prices from FIX API (configurable so that I can select which pairs it reads) and the DLL which transmits them in realtime to my own MT4 EA via a DLL import in the MQL4 code. The EA itself is done already, I just need the bid/ask reading import via DLL in MT4 from FIX API.
