I need modification to my existing GeoPDr EA. The EA works on a static Pivot Point (PP) which I want changed to a dynamic (PP) with a directional bias. The PP will be moved every time a new fractal is formed. I will provide the proposed detailed description and GeoPDr EA to the successful candidate. I need a programmer that is experienced, dedicated, can communicate in english and most important will complete the job. Please no half hearted efforts. I need a programmer I can work with on an ongoing basis and has time to finish my jobs.
