Binance charts on MT4 as offline charts

I need an EA/script to get Binance crypto charts (both spot and futures) on to MT4 as offline charts. The solution needs to have the following features. 

1. Need to be able to load any Binance futures chart on any timeframe on to MT4 

2. The charts should update live automatically on tick.

3. Ability to run custom indicators on the MT4 offline charts.

4. Open/Close the orders; change the TP/SL from EA.

I will need the source codes of all the files with the final delivery.
