Very simple EA development based on RSI signal

Hi, I'm looking for a developer who can code a very simple EA with a RSI signal indicator. The trading strategy is as follows;

[ENTRY]

1. Short Trade Entry condition: As soon as the market is open, EA should look at RSI value per time frame and if the RSI value is over 50, it places a SELL order.

2. Long Trade Entry condition: As soon as the market is open, EA should look at RSI value per time frame and if the RSI value is below 50, it places a BUY order.

[EXIT]

Exit condition: The trade position opened from the above listed 1 or 2 entry condition, it must be closed 5 minutes before the market closure by force on the same day.
