Create mt5 ea with below parameters  -breakeven pips as%  of tp
                                                           -partial tp options {(Partial Close % false/true, TP % to Reach for Partial Close,)
                                                                   (after Partial Close, Move SL to Breakeven, Remove TP after SL Moved to Breakeven)
                                                           -  News Filter true/false; with the following options low, 
                                                                 mid,
                                                                high, 
                                                (choose which news to stop trade, minutes to pause trade before news, minutes to resume trade after news}
                                                          -Time Filter day and time with the following options activate trade time true/false, 
                                                     (daily trading start time, daily trade close time,}

                                                     (Enable Trade on Monday start time and end time in each day true/false.,,tue wen thur the same)
                                                 -- Allow multiple trades per signal   at once
