I need a new Forex Robot based on Scalping Price Action and Candlestick Formation

Specification

I want a scalping Robot that is able to trade based off of price action and candlestick formation. Im looking for an experienced Freelancer who is proficient and have worked on Forex E.A before as this robot is specific. I will provide video/Videos for reference as needed. The robot should be configured for the 1min Timeframe specifically and applicable for all pairs or if that is not possible a couple(Let me know if you are capable of doing this). I want the e.a to not necessarily hit the take profit but to only close the trade in profit with a major drawdown. The parameters should include lot size,buy/sell,number of trades to open/tp and sl, max spread filter,News filter, time and date filter, magic sl and tp(Where once the price is reach the robot will automatically close the position). I will give you more examples in video as needed but please dont apply if your not capable of doing as this robot should be specific. The robot should also be able to open trades only if it can close it in profit. Thank you
