Forex robots that depends on candle stick and Forex patterns(price action)

Hello, I request someone who can do a job for me. I request an MT5  EA that will work in all time frames that is candlestick dependent.  If I predict an uptrend(buy) and when I implement the robot I would expect the robot to buy every time the bullish candlestick closes based on the time frame I installed the robot on until global take profit(maximum t.p) is hit if the candlestick is bearish the robot should not open a trade, The opposite should be true if the trend is down. The robot should be able to handle volatile markets When trades are open the robot should be able to adjust the stop loss for each trade based on the profit the trade is on.
