Specification
Hi, I am looking for a MQL5 programmer to create for me a EA. This EA will read data from a custom rounded numbers level indicator. The indicator is a open source indicator with all source codes etc available freely online. I have also provide/attached you a copy of the indicator all the same. The other indicator is just a simple moving average indicator.
1. There are 3 simple rules to open a trade.
a)A sell trade is to sell when price reaches a level of the custom indicator and price is above the MA. A buy is the other way i.e. price reaches a level and price is below the MA.
b)The other condition for a trade is a minimum pips value (which should be a parameter. So although price may be above the MA(for sell) or below the MA (for a buy), the distance between the MA and the current price/level must be more than or equal to the minimum pips value(This is to ensure enough move away from the MA)
2. The take profit is at where the MA is.
3. Stop loss will be speified as a parameter(0 means no stop loss).
4. The EA will require me to supply the lot size and this lot size will be fixed for every trade i.e. no averaging
5. Also, the MA value I want to use at any time must be supplied by me. For instance if i specify 100, then we are using the 100 MA.
6. Finally, there must be another parameter for "hedge". if this is True then , for instance, when there is already a trade which is a buy, then there is a new sell opportunity, the sell opportunity should open trade all the same. So we will end up with several buy and sell trades but that is fine.
Please note that, for future modifications purposes, I will own the source code for this EA.

I installed the E.A. into the Experts folder in MT4. When I double click on it nothing happens. When I right click and "attach to chart" nothing happens. The E.A. is not grayed out, it simply will not attach. Any help would be greatly Appreciated
