Need a dashboard on mt4 that check cross about 3 indicators

MQL4 Indicators

Specification

Need a dashboard that give me 3 level of alert:

red  0 or 1 on 3 indicators are ready

orange 2 indicator on 3 indicators are ready

green  3 on 3 indicators are ready


rules

ADX indicator: when green line cross red red line up signal is  for buy

                      when red line cross the gree line up signal is for sell

MACD : when the fast line cross the slow line up signal is for buy

            when the fast line cross the slow line down signal is for sell

Double RSI(20-5): when the fast RSI line cross the slow rsi line up the signal is for buy

                            when the fast RSI line cross the slow rsi line down the signal is for sell


When the  three indicators  give the same signal at buy or sell at the same time the signal is valid .
