Expert Advisor - customisable equity protector EA for MT4

I need an equity protector EA with this options:

1-adjustable time(to broker's time) and showing it on attached chart

2-read equity and balance at **:** broker's time ,saving that as daily DD refrence(which one is higher should be refrence)

  and showing both values on attached chart- and marking which one is the Daily reference for Daily DD

3-adjustable Daily DD limit value based on Daily reference(as percent with two decimal digits-can be adjust even to 0.01%) - 0% means disabled

4-showing selected percent as DD limit and calculated equity value as DD limit, both on attached chart

5-close all open positions if DD limit hit- (true/false)

6-adjustable value (as curency amount) for open trades profit limit ($$$$)

7-close all open positions when profit reaches to $$$$ - (true/false)

8-Dont let new trades after DD limit hit- (true/false)

9-Dont let new trades after Profit limit hit- (true/false)

10-A botton on chart to "Close all open Trades" -(wich is functioning undepended to all above parameters)

11-A botton on chart to "Dont let New Trades" -(which is functioning undepended to all above parameters)

note: there may be one or two other Charts on terminal with other EA's, then when "Dont Let new trades" is chosen by manual botton on this new EA,

      possible remaining open trades should steal reveive commands from the other EA's
