Specification

I need a software that can manage trades on 2 different MT5 terminals. Basically it monitors the trades open on 2 MT5 terminals and allows the user to group trades between the 2 terminals so that if any trade in a group is closed for any reason, the program will close all the trades in the group. Im not sure if this can be done using a program or indicator in the terminal, it may need a separate user interface. Im willing to pay up to $300 or more to an experienced programmer who can do this.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
