Simple EA to MT5

I need an EA where I can input the data as follows:

In uptrend = When the candlestick's OHLC is totally above the imputed price, it opens a buy limit order with a fixed stop and two take profits with prices to be determined. If already have an open order do not open a new one.

In downtrend = When the candlestick's OHLC is totally below the imputed price, it opens a buy limit order with a fixed stop and two exits with prices to be determined. If already have an open order do not open a new one.

PURCHASE PRICE FOR REFERENCE AND PURCHASE ORDER OPENING.

PRICE FOR STOP LOSS

PRICE FOR PARTIAL 1 (50%)

PRICE FOR PARTIAL 2 (50%)

SALE PRICE FOR REFERENCE AND OPENING THE SALES ORDER.
