MQL4 Converting Translation

Specification

I need somebody who can connect Python to MT4, must be able to communicate from Python to Mt4 and back, in order to collect chart data, execute trades and close trades. 


I do not want to convert python to mt4 language as the code is to complex and must be run on python, I just want to connect python to MT4 in order to trade on my existing accounts.


I am also open to suggestions that may allow me to do this or ways around that you might have and can help me with.
