I NEED A high frequecy scalping EA that can do the following

I want a seasoned and a certified expert programmer who can give me a perfect hedging scalping  EA that can work with majority of brokers .

the EA should be able to open buy and sell with same TP at the same time when scalping or during high degree of volatility

I  want the EA to work such that when  the buy position is in profit and reach TP,The hedge will automatically close the sell position and alternatively

when the sell position is in profit and reach TP,The hedge will automatically close the buy position.i should be able to adjust the TP and the size.

The EA should allow me to open trades on different pairs at the same time so also i should be able to place many pending orders on different pairs at the same time.

if possible,i should be able to command  EA  to trade at certain time,when i am asleep or not by my computer.

i want to use this for scalping,if you have a good scalping idea to incorporate,i would welcome it.

Any addition to what was stated above is also welcome.
