Hello, I need help with and EA that creates horizontal lines.

The EA creates two lines.  One line is created at current ask price + 30.  The other line is created at current ask price -30.

The two lines are created once but the on tick function to repeat the creation of the lines does not work.  

Also I would like to delete the lines after a period of time.

Either delete line after a number of milliseconds

or

Delete lines that are ask price + 35 and ask price - 35.

Can you please assist with this issue?
