Specification

hi i want someone experienced and professional to write for me an indicator based on below requirements:


1.when MACD bar is above 0 line, and current candle 13 EMA is comparatively higher than the previous 13 EMA of 3 candles, then all candles are in red color. on ther contrast, the candles will be in green. 

2. when MACD bar is below 0 line, current 13 EMA is comperatively higher or lower than the previous   13 EMA of  3 candles , then all candles are in Blue
