Specification
1.) Randomize the lot size of orders AND the order prices - keeping the Total order size and average price the same -.
2.) A risk management / risk shut down stairway implemented, that means, that depending on which level DD% a certain Magic is allowed, and based on the general risk value set for all EAs, this balancing EA performs actions - a.) first stops balancing(copying and multiplicating) the winning MAGICs, b.) then when things get worse stops also other MASTER's signals and closes them no matter the sum (+/-) value they have, c.) when things get worse closes the troublesome MAGIC, d.) in the worst case it closes all. It also places revese orders in the meantime.

3.) The EA has to be able to send me a Telegram message of critical events through a webhook or so, or an SMS or anything that popps up on my Android phone's screen.
4.) At the end, I will need the EA in both MT4 AND MT5 format, source files.
5.) The EA has to be able to work on XBTFX.io accounts, that are (8 digit) BTC base currency accounts; without this, the fulfillment won't qualify.

Additional NOTE to enhance working together: I'll send over the current EA when you are selected. Please be so kind and respectful to read the EA specs and check the simplifying excel sheets before you agree to do the job - I did the detailed spec writing to honour and help your work. Based on this, you can clearly measure the workload and the working days it take to you to do the job - please kindly make your offer of days accordingly -. If you don't reply my messages, you wont get selected.
