Create an expert for manipulate orders

Hi Developer, 

I have an EA to place pending orders with TP and SL. I would like to have an utility that monitor the existing orders and manipulate that order's TP and SL as well as close that order depends on the new hidden TP and SL. NOT COPY TRADE!

Parameters:

1. monitor magic number: only monitor the orders with specific magic number

e.g. 12345  

2. new_TP: close order away from the original TP

e.g. 50

if the order is buy and original TP is 1.18500 for eurusd, order will be closed at 1.18450

if the order is sell and original TP is 1.18500 for eurusd, order will be closed at 1.18550

3. new_SL: close order away from the original SL

e.g. 50

If the order is buy and original SL is 1.18500 for eurusd, order will be closed at 1.18450

If the order is sell and original SL is 1.18500 for eurusd, order will be closed at 1.18550

Features:

1. Monitor floating orders with specific magic numbers 

2. delete the SL value from the existing floating orders in order to prevent the order closed with the original SL value. 

3. close each order base on the difference between original TP/SL and new_TP/SL  value. 

4. Handle multiple orders at the same time while every floating orders' TP/SL may not be the same.

5. Deliver with source code.
