I need a quotation for coding an EA :


It must do the following :


Open on 4 Hour candle and 21  3 MA 


Close position on 30 min candle 21  42 MA 


All above must I must be able to edit myself as time goes on :  It must not be locked.


(( I have done it myself and backtested for a year my EA and works well ( Pofitable) until a certain time , usually 3 months into the test where it just opens and closes positions by the 1000's every second on the backtest and blow the Backtest .
