Trend and fibonacci EA with candlestick pattern (Forex)

I want an EA that opens a position in trends after reversals at the 61.8 fibonaci retracement in trend right after a candlestick formation confirms the idea. A R/R Ratio of at least 3 should be targeted. In addition, a RSI divergence should confirm the idea. The risk per trade should be 1%. There should never be more than 3 trades at the same time. The maximum balance drawdown should be less than 10%. A news filter can also be built in.Risk management is important. Do not work in timeframes smaller than h1. The Ea should be able to trade most forex pairs.
