New Pivot Points

Since MetaTrader has change their system, our pivot points do not work any longer. I need a set of pivot points that work with the new set up. 

The following attributes are needed:

• Must be able to specify what time frame, so whether they are daily pivots, week pivots etc. 
• Must be able to specify the off set from the server time of the broker to take into account different time zones, however, GMT should be the default. What this means is that you can add 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours etc to the server time (the time seen on the bottom of the MT4) so that someone outside of the GMT time zone can calibrate their pivot points to the GMT time, or configure their pivot points to the New York close for example.
• Mediums must be included with an option to deactivate or activate them them. 
• The option to specify which times frame they appear on (and an option to display on all time frames) So only show on the 5 minute time frame, or show on all time frames. 
• You must be able to go back in time and look at different times and see the pivot points for that particular day, not the pivot point for the current day only. For example, if i look back to a day in October, i need to be able to see the pivot point for that day in October, not the current day which is 12/11/2012. 

They must include the appropriate label R1, PP etc. 

The following colours should be used as default:

Medium levels. M0, M1, M2 = dashed line                        Red 200/20/10

Medium levels m3, m4, m5 = dashed line    Green  70/130/15
