MQL4: New simple indicator created from existing indicator.

Hello, I am looking for a programmer who can programm an EA with the following functionality and parameters:

The EA should OPEN new orders if: 

Open buy position only if MACD is above 0 and Stochastic Indicator K line is above D line and the candle color is green. 

Open sell position only if MACD is bellow 0 and Stochastic Indicator K line is bellow D line and candle color is red. 

Parameters: 

A = EA opens (“only sell positions”/ “only buy positions” or “sell and buy positions”

B = Opening lot size

C= TP =  Amount of profit (in currency, including swaps) needed to close order

D = SL = Amount of loss (in currency, including swaps) needed to close order

E = Amount to multipy the lot size with if TP is hit. This will be the new lot size for the next position to be opened (if conditions to open a new order, as set above are met)

F = Amount to multipy the lot size with if SL is hit. This will be the new lot size for the next position to be opened (if conditions to open a new order, as set above are met)
