Create an Expert Advisor that copies signals from WhatsApp into MT4

I want an EA that can read forex signals in WhatsApp when they are received and automatically copy them into MT4 and then manage the trades until completed.

EA should be able to be run on any timeframe and place any trade irrespective of the currency chart it is running on.

Here is an example of the signal in the WhatsApp message:

EUR/GBP : SELL @ 0.86400 TP @ 0.85800 SL @ 0.87300

The signals are always pending orders, not instant live trades. 

The EA should use the senders number in WhatApp to recognize the signal.

If other messages are received from the sender, unless they can be identified as a valid signal, they should be ignored.
