I need Moving Average cross alarm working on Tradingview

Hello. 

I need scanner with alarm for tradingview, notifies me when three moving averages are crossing each other: 

Rule 1: The scanner have to search in two different timeframes at he same time (like 5 minutes chart and 15 minutes chart) for the chosen instrument.

Rule 2: I need an option to select the length for the 3 Moving averages ( like 10,50,200 or other)  for the chosen instrument.

Rule 3: I need an option to select and change the working timeframes for the chosen instrument.

Rule 4: I need an option to select to 5 instruments for scanning. 

Rule 5: When all of the three Moving Averages are crossed each other, I need a signal alarm to inform me in my tradingview account
