I need a trade manager dashboard created

So i need a trade manager dash board that i can drop onto each chart that will work with pending orders and market executions,the inputs for the dash board need to be the following

order type

order level-obviously this only applies to pending orders

lot size-percentage and money amount

split-for example if i input 10 for split it will do the following when the trade is opened it will open ten trades that will be equal to the amount specified for the lot size so if i enter 3 percent  per trade 10 trades will open at 0.3 percent,now if the take profit level is 50 pips then we devide by ten and get 5 pips each trade will close at 5 pip intervals and from the price the trade opens to each 5 pip interval the risk needs to be 0.3 percent so tp 1 the lot size would equal 0.3 percent tp 2 0.3 percent tp3 0.3 percent etc.

time frame to use for trailing stop 

risk reward e.g 1-1

time when the e.a stops taking trades(if a pending order is triggered inbetween the time trades cant be taken then the order will be cancelled

time when the e.a can start taking trades again

also would it be possible that if i leave the dashboard on a chart with all the inputs there and i place a pending order off my phone it will be entered into the e.a ?
