Ea based on no repaint indicator

Hello,  I have a indicator ( no repaint), i want to have a ea (robot) based on that indicator. The ea must trade , every signal, buy (it could have 5 or more signals in the same direction)  and close all the trade when a opposite signal is given. ( for example, buy(signal) buy(signal)  , signal sell, close all orders and sell and repeat.

the ea must have; 1) change lots (from 0.01 to ...)

                             2) possible to place stoploss and TP on every signal,but when opposite signal is given, always close orders. ( for example, there are 3 long trades, sl 10 pips , TP 10 pips, )

                             3) possible to give max.orders , for example, max.orders is 3, there are 4 signals, ea trade only first 3 signals
