Copy trading website

I need a website that can handle for me Subscribers that will pay monthly fees on a recurring basis for my Trading signals (For this it will integrate PayPal and ClickBank and other e-payments services , which are the most popular payment systems ). As soon as the payment reaches my account, the System will send a welcome email to a new customer with necessary login information to access member area . They will download and connect to my master Trading account with a piece of software "remote trade copier" that I have already created together with a simple video instruction how to install and setup this software to their trading platform. The system will allow clients to receive as well email & SMS notification messages directly to their phones. Customers will log in from anywhere in the world using this web-browser on a desktop computer, laptop or mobile device and see in live performance and Administration (Me) will access as well to total list of clients in order to check their performance and subscription data ( if paid and when renewal etc...
