Specification

Hi I need some one to add time to trade function to EA.

I am developing a scalping EA so would like to have the ability to catch moves from London open to New York close and then not to trade outside of these hours.

I would like these setting to be a simple input on computer local time i.e 09:00:00 to 22:00:00, however this must be adjustable for optimisation purposes i.e  09:30:00 to 22:30:00

I will provide the EA on acceptance of the job application.
