Need semi-automated EA

need to create semi-automated EA that will open an order in the same direction after current candle close and follow it up.  

details (please ask if you don't understand, English is not my native language) 

1. open order after placed on specific chart on the next candle (same direction as the previous closed one) - better to have on the chart button - "trade" and after order is opened, it moves to "follow up". 

2. lot - number or percent from the deposit (or / or)

2. stop loss placed number of pips below the minimum of the last candle

3. take profit - number of pips or percent from the deposit or no take profit.

4. after order has been open, ea follow the trade, no new orders. To open a new order on the same chart, need to activate option to trade.

5. with the close of the first candle, close half of the current running position

option to move to break even (need to select)

6. move stop loss number of pips below the minimum of the last candle and so on for every next candle until position is closed in full. 

6. option to add command to close full position with the closing of the current candle. 

7. select time frame to trade. Trades will open only on the defined time frame even chart is switched to another one. 

8. should not interrupt with any other manually opened position even if it running on the same currency pair.
