I wrote some Strategies for ForexTester2 in basic Delphi, and would like to convert them into MT4 EAs.
This EA is really simple with rules as follow:

On OPENDAY morning at OPENTIME (GMT) note the opening price for CURRENCY. This will be the Opening Price.
#1. Place a buy stop of PENDINGMARGIN (pips) above the open and a sell stop PENDINGMARGIN (pips) below the open.
When one order is filled, place a TAKEPROFIT and STOPLOSS (pips) on the trade and cancel the opposite pending order. Trade is now done for the week until CLOSEDAY. If trade is stopped out, no more trades for the week.
#2. If trade is not stopped out, exit on CLOSEDAY and CLOSETIME at the market.
#3. Repeat next week.
Note1: If there is no trading is on OPENDAY or CLOSEDAY, trade will be done on OPENDAY + 1 and CLOSEDAY + 1, at OPENTIME and CLOSETIME respectively.
Note2: If no trades are triggered, close all pending trades at CLOSEDAY - 1 at CLOSETIME.

Summary of Parameters:
1) OpenDay (1= Monday, 5= Friday)
2) OpenTime (GMT)
3) CloseDay
4) CloseTime
5) PendingMargin (pips)
6) StopLoss
7) TakeProfit
8) FixedLots (e.g. 0.12 lots)
9) EquityRiskLots (e.g. 0.01 (1%) of equity risked per trade if StopLoss is hit)
10) FixedorNot (True = Trade in Fixed Lots, False = Trade in % of equity risked)
11) MagicNumber

Other Stuff:
1- The EA should have be able to run simultaneously and independently on different charts of different Currency pairs.
2- An chart interface that show:
--- parameters used (refer above)
--- current day and time, as well as a countdown timer towards the next trade
