Looking for Permanent Developer who can work with us

Am looking for some permanent developer who can work with us on per project basic. We have our own software connected with mt4 and mt5 And we run a Fintech Startup so our clients come up with requirements and we want developer to do on mt4 and mt5.. Why need because for us it hard to explain everything new developer to explain our software so we want some permanent developer.
