Specification
I’m looking for an Expert Advisor using the following indicators but want to try different methods of money management to compare the results. Happy to receive as three separate EAs or one with the option to switch functionality. Please leave a message with which you propose and a price. Cheers!
Indicators:
Moving Average
MACD
Vortex Indicator
Waddah Attar Explosion
ATR
Buy:
At the close of candle when the MACD line has crossed above the signal line, Vortex Indicator VI+ is greater than VI-, Waddah Attar Explosion bar is above the explosion line and price is above the moving average.
Sell:
At the close of candle when MACD line has crossed below the signal line, Vortex Indicator VI- is greater than VI+, Waddah Attar Explosion bar is above the explosion line and price is below the moving average.
Risk/Money Management Version 1 [Fixed Ratio]:
Input for % of account balance to risk on trade.
Stop Loss x1.5 ATR.
Input for Take Profit ratio comparable to position of stop loss. For example if ATR was 20 and ratio entered was x2 then stop loss would be 30 (ATR x 1.5) pips and take profit target 60 (stop loss x 2) pips. I would also like the option to turn on/off stop loss to move to break even if price reaches x1 stop loss (in this example 30 pips in profit).
Risk/Money Management Version 2 [Exit based on Indicator]:
Input for % of account balance to risk on trade.
Stop Loss x1.5 ATR.
Exit trade at the close of a candle when either the MACD/Vortex lines give a reverse signal or the Waddah Attar Explosion bar is below the explosion line (and the functionality to choose which indicators trigger the close, eg MACD Yes/No, Vortex Yes/No and WAE Yes/No). Again I would also like the option to turn on/off stop loss to move to break even if price reaches x1 stop loss in profit.
Risk/Money Management Version 3 [Trade split in two halves and Exit based on Indicator]:
Input for % of account balance to risk on trade.
Stop Loss x1.5 ATR.
At an entry signal the EA opens two positions each worth half of the risk entered above. For example if input for risk is 2% of account balance then each trade would be 1% of account balance. Both positions have stop loss at x1.5 ATR and one position has a profit target of the ATR in pips. The second position’s stop loss would then move to break even and close when one of the indicators gives an exit signal as above. (For example if ATR was 20 then stop loss would be 30 pips but take profit target on the first position would be 20 pips in profit).
