Modify a basic EA

To begin, sorry for my English, I am French.

I want to modify my EA. I want the take profit to be a percentage of the index it is on. For example, if the Nasdaq index is at 10,000, and I want a take profit of 1% then the take profit must be set at 10,100. If I want a take profit of 2% then the take profit must be to 10,200.

I want the stop loss to also follow this principle.

I want the lot size to be expressed in terms of the balance. Every 5,000 €, the lot size increases by 0.1 for example. (I want to be able to modify these 2 values). For example, I want to be able to ask the EA to increase by 0.1 every 5000 or to increase by 0.2 every 5000 or to increase by 0.3 every 5000. I want to be able to ask the EA to increase by 0.1 every 5,000 €, increase by 0.1 every 10,000, increase by 0.1 every 15,000.
