Need a panel for risk management based on ATR. ASAP!

Hello Programers out there,

I would like to have a Panel, where the result tells me with how many micro/mini/lots I should enter the trade and where my stop loss should be. 

This should be the following: 

1. I use an ATR(14) (adjustable). This number should be multiplied by 1.5 default setting (adjustable) -> This should tell the stop loss in pips

2. I need to be able to enter the percentage of my account that I would like to risk. 2%  default settings (adjustable)

3. Point 1 and Point 2 should be calculated to give me the lot size with which I should enter the trade

4. I should be able to open the panel to enter the setting and when I close it there should be left: Risk of the account/ Stop loss in Pips/ Position size with which I should enter the trade

5. The color of the panel and the text should be adjustable

6. This should be done fast! I know that this is not a big deal for programmers, so I expect it to be done within a few hours.
